FAN – Review – Love is silent, Hatred is Noisy!
Story of a diehard fan of a movie actor. He loves him dearly and mimics him all the time. His parents also encourage him…though reluctantly but we all know children are the greatest weakness of parents – so they just let him be.
The fan bullies one of the junior actors just because he insults his hero. Hero comes to know of this and he sends the fan to jail. He meets him in the jail and tells him that because he had committed a mistake, he ought to be punished. This statement shatters the fan and he begins to hate him immensely!
Well after that the film goes into its usual impracticalities – 007 James Bond stunts etc.
At one time in the film, the Hero tells his fan that he should carve his own individuality, his own status and tells him that once, even he was a commoner and he struggled his way to the top. All his lectures fall in deaf ears!
At the end the fan commits suicide!
