A fused bulb has to be discarded
for even the best electricity connection
will not be able to light it!
A water soaked wick w ill not catch fire
Nor would dry wicks without oil get lit
Knowing such limitations
if you continue trying to light
the fused bulb or the water soaked/ dry wick
you will just be wasting your time
Let it go to the recycle bin
that is where it belongs.

Enlighten and brighten your surroundings
those who understand the brilliance of your light
will automatically be drawn towards you
to get enlightened and
spread the light further on
